Uptack Service Department

The goal of our Service Department is to MAINTAIN and REPAIR the plumbing, heating, and cooling equipment for our customers. We service all makes and brands for both residential and commercial applications.

Our Service Staff is highly trained and experienced. In order to maintain our high quality standards, we first of all, hire the very best people we can find. Then we constantly upgrade their skills with: manufacturer training seminars and schools, internet based training programs, viewing video training tapes, and reviewing service manuals at regular in-house service meetings.

Our Service Technicians are "on-call" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to handle any emergency problems. They are in direct contact with the office and co-workers via cellular phones.
